Gymko iron
was established in 2019
(formerly known as
Urban Iron Gym)
​
Upon my husband Mo's return from his service in the
Iraqi war,
he discovered a profound sense of refuge in the gym,
which played a vital role in his healing from the psychological impacts of combat.
​
Inspired by his journey,
we established our
first location in Oak Hills, CA, in 2019.
Our mission is to create a supportive environment for veterans, military personnel and individuals confronting the challenges of anxiety and depression.

As we continue to grow, we aspire to extend our services to law enforcement officers, nurses, students, and anyone seeking respite from life's stressors.
Together, we foster strength, resilience, and community, one workout at a time.
